                                                                                               Official Rules 2018

1. This is a team tournament (2 persons), however an angler may fish alone.

2. Teams can fish from shore or out of a boat. If fishing from shore, team members must remain within 50 feet of each other while fishing during the tournament. All waters fished MUST be accessible by normal boat propulsion, from the main lake, to be legal fishing waters. If you are not sure if your means is considered normal propulsion, or if an area is legal to fish, ask a tournament director before the tournament.

3. The tournament director may cancel any tournament without prior notification. The tournament may be rescheduled or entry money will be refunded. Its the anglers responsibility to find out about cancellations and rescheduling.

4. Official fishing times will be 7:00 am till 1:00 pm for the spring tournaments, and 7:30 am to 1:30 pm for the fall tournaments. Classic will be 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. No line may be in the water before the official start time. All teams must quit fishing by the official quit time, and must be in the weigh-in line no later the 1 hour after the official quit time. Weigh-in starts 30 minutes after the official quit time. Boats may launch no earlier than 15 minutes before the official start time. Teams may put boat in and tie off to courtesy dock but may not leave till the official launch time. Please do not block the ramp area.

5. 8 fish may be weighed in. If a team has more than 8 fish in the weigh-in line they will be disqualified from the tournament. All fish must be alive in the weigh-in line. If you are in line and have a struggling fish, a tournament director can verify the fish is alive. If the fish dies after being verified it may still be weighed in. The weigh-in line will open 30 minutes after the official quit time.

6. All fish must be legally caught with rod and line and hooked in the mouth.

7. Both live and artificial bait may be used.

8. All local, State, and Federal laws must be obeyed. All teams are subject to and agree to a polygraph at the discretion of the tournament directors. Teams also agree to abide by the polygraph operators results and or the tournament directors decision.

9. The tournament director reserves the right too, or have someone accompany or follow any team during the tournament.

10. The tournament director will have final say on all rules. All decisions by the tournament director are final.

11. Teams may use a substitute for all regular tournaments. The sub must pay thier membership fee and must be listed on the entry form with the tema members name followed by the subs name in (). The classic must be fished with the qulifying partner or alone.

By entering any of these tournaments the participants agree to all the rules and all the decisions of the tournament director are final.
